We are a small Cricket Club in an area where Cricket is a minority sport. We love the game and take special pride in our place in the wide world of Cricket.
Everyone in the club was devastated at the loss of a fine young cricketer playing the game he loved as much as we do.

English Cricket exists so that we can compete and beat the Australians (as well as everyone else of course). The 'old enemy' is a fine and dignified opponent.

We love to beat them, love to see them and we are quite used to losing to them, they are part of 'us'
